Your concierge is not a call centre agent reading from a script. They are a trained coordination specialist who has familiarised themselves with the hospitals and retreats in our network, and who treats your wellbeing as their priority.

We deliberately limit the number of clients each concierge manages at any one time. This is not a volume business. The intimacy of the service is the service.

Available by phone, WhatsApp, and email — and on-the-ground in India during your stay — your concierge provides extended coordination support as outlined in your service agreement.

Medical visa guidance, flight recommendations, airport transfers, wheelchair assistance (where available), hotel bookings, and ground transportation throughout your stay.

Your concierge attends your admission, helps navigate hospital administration, liaises with your surgical team (with your consent), and provides support during your inpatient stay.

Retreat selection based on your procedure and preferences, post-op care instructions shared with retreat wellness teams (with your consent), dietary requirements coordinated where possible, and check-ins during your recovery stay.

All medical records, communications, and personal information are handled with confidentiality as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as necessary to deliver your requested services.

Post-Journey Aftercare

Discharge summary for your home physician, follow-up calls (typically at one week, one month, and three months post-procedure), and continued access to your concierge for any post-return queries.
