Every MedicHorizon journey follows a thoughtfully designed process — one that handles every detail so you can focus entirely on your health and healing. Here is how it works.

    Initial Enquiry

    Submit your enquiry through our website or contact us directly. Share your diagnosis, medical reports, and preferred travel dates. All information is handled with complete confidentiality as described in our Privacy Policy.

  2. 02

    Case Review & Hospital Matching

    Our coordination team reviews the information you provide and presents hospital and surgeon options based on your stated preferences, available facility accreditations, and general treatment information. We do not provide medical assessments — we help you explore choices.

  3. 03

    Consultation Call

    You speak directly with a MedicHorizon specialist who walks you through the hospital options, estimated costs, typical treatment timelines, and answers your questions — without pressure, without rush.

  4. 04

    Bespoke Quote & Itinerary

    We prepare a fully itemised quote covering: estimated procedure costs (subject to hospital confirmation), hospital stay, airport transfers, accommodation, recovery retreat, coordinator fees, and any optional add-ons. All quoted fees are clearly stated upfront.

  5. 05

    Booking & Pre-Departure Preparation

    Once you confirm, your coordinator handles: hospital scheduling (subject to their availability), medical visa guidance, pre-op requirements (as advised by the hospital), travel insurance recommendations, and a detailed pre-departure briefing pack.

  6. 06

    Arrival & In-Hospital Support

    We meet you at the airport. Your coordinator accompanies you to the hospital, assists with admission paperwork, and serves as your point of contact during your inpatient stay — with extended coordination support as outlined in your service agreement.

  7. 07

    Recovery Retreat

    After discharge, you transfer to your chosen retreat — Himalayan spa, Kerala Ayurveda resort, or Rajasthan heritage property. With your consent, relevant post-operative care instructions are shared with the retreat's wellness team in advance.

  8. 08

    Return Home & Aftercare

    We help coordinate your return flight, provide a medical summary for your home physician, and follow up with you after your journey — typically at one week, one month, and three months post-procedure. Your journey does not end at the airport.

MedicHorizon is a facilitator and coordinator. We do not employ medical staff, perform procedures, or guarantee any specific outcome. You are encouraged to independently verify hospital accreditations and surgeon credentials through official medical councils before making any treatment decision.
